A4 Design & Digital Marketing – Terms & Conditions

All projects or campaigns commence only after written approval and 100% advance payment.

Verbal commitments are not considered valid confirmations.

Quotations are valid for 8 days unless otherwise stated.

100% advance is mandatory to begin work, unless a retainer agreement specifies otherwise.

Payments once made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any discount or promotional rate applies only to full advance or lump-sum payments.

Delayed payments beyond the due date will attract an interest of 2% per week on the pending amount.

In the event of delayed payment, A4DDM reserves the right to suspend all work and withhold all deliverables until dues are cleared.

Once services are initiated, they must be utilized within 30 days from the start date.

If a client fails to provide required approvals, content, or feedback within this period, the service will be considered utilized.

After 30 days, any unused balance, deliverables, or services will automatically expire and cannot be carried forward, unless a formal retainer contract is in place.

To restart or resume a paused or expired service, a new payment will be required as per current pricing.

For ongoing marketing or monthly retainers, payments must be made in advance for each cycle.

If the client discontinues or pauses the retainer without prior written notice of 30 days, the service will be discarded.

Restarting services after expiry or pause requires new payment as per applicable rates at that time.

Each design, creative, or post includes up to 3 correction rounds.

Additional revisions beyond this limit are chargeable based on effort and scope.

All approvals and feedback must be shared in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Verbal instructions will not be considered valid for production or delivery.

Timelines are mutually decided during project initiation.

Any delay caused by the client (feedback, approval, or missing information) will extend the delivery timeline automatically.

A4DDM is not liable for missed deadlines due to such client-side delays or force majeure events.

All creative content, graphics, strategy, copywriting, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of A4DDM until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the deliverables for agreed purposes only.

A4DDM retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or case studies unless confidentiality is explicitly requested in writing.

A 30-day prior written notice is required to terminate ongoing services.

In absence of notice, the client is liable to pay an amount equal to 30 days of service fees.

In case of event postponement or cancellation, applicable cancellation charges will be communicated as per project stage and commitments made.

All client data, materials, and communication are treated as confidential.

A4DDM may share project materials with trusted vendors or freelancers strictly for service delivery purposes only.

A4DDM is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, downtime, or damages arising out of delays, technical issues, or third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google).

The agency guarantees best effort for all campaigns but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, followers, or lead volumes.

A4DDM shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays caused by natural calamities, pandemics, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond its control.

A4DDM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
